Avolta and Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) have collaborated to create Bangalore Duty Free, a new retail offer that aims to offer world-class service and experience at the Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru (KIAB). The partnership was initially announced when Avolta secured the tender to operate and manage duty-free retail at the terminal in November last year. The new deal includes over 3,600sqm of retail space and is located in the new Terminal 2 at KIAB.

Avolta and Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) have collaborated to create Bangalore Duty Free, a new retail offer promising to bring “world-class” service and experience to travellers at Kempegowda International Airport Bengaluru (KIAB).
Bangalore Duty Free is a joint-venture between Avolta and BIAL located in the new Terminal 2 at KIAB, after Avolta secured the tender to operate and manage duty-free retail at the terminal in November last year. Avolta already has a presence at KIAB through its subsidiary Nuance, but the new deal encompasses more than 3,600sqm of retail space, as the partners announced when the initial deal was confirmed.
Today, Avolta (formerly known as Dufry Group) posted a video announcing the launch of the new retailer, Bangalore Duty Free.
