Srilankan Airlines Wins Leading Int'l Airline In South Asia Award

SriLankaan Airlines currently operates 140 flights between Colombo and multiple South Asian cities across Bangladesh, India, the Maldives, Pakistan and Nepal.

V Ravindran, Regional Manager-India, Bangladesh and Nepal along with Irushika Alweera, Area Manager-Bangalore, SriLankan Airlines received the awards on behalf of the airline at the awards ceremony.

Speaking on the occasion, Ravindran V, Regional Manager-India, Bangladesh and Nepal, SriLankan Airlines, said,“We are profoundly happy to have our efforts valued by our South Asian associates.”

Considered one of the most prestigious travel industry awards in the region, SATA recognises the most outstanding performers in South Asia's hospitality and travel industry annually, based on the votes of industry professionals and customers.

It may be mentioned here that the airline was also crowned“Visitors Choice-Airline of the Year” at the SATA awards in 2022.

SriLankan Airlines currently operates 140 flights between Colombo and multiple South Asian cities across Bangladesh, India, the Maldives, Pakistan and Nepal on a weekly basis, as per reports.
